Trainingsvision
‘Strength and size of a muscle are of secondary importance, as long as the joint, which the muscle moves over, isn’t stabilized. ’
Hereby the muscle chains of the body are important. Only if the player has control over the muscle corset over the various joints, the load of training-efforts can increase. In our natural movement pattern several joints are loaded by several muscles.
Complexity of movement
In training sessions the complexity of movement plays a crucial role. Here for TAA uses innovative training tools like: BOSU’s, stability balls, stability cushions, dumbels, tubings, Xco’s and pulley systems. After a player improved his stability, the strength of the muscles will become part of the program.
‘It’s not just talent. Only when a player puts in a lot of effort and has some luck he is able to reach the top.’
